Why the Printing Service is Unavailable
Our print services in South Korea are currently paused following the end of our partnership with a key production team. We’re unable to cater for any print orders shipping to South Korea at this time. We sincerely appreciate your support and hope to relaunch our services there in the future.

Reprint Requests
If you encounter an issue with a previous order and are seeking a reprint, please note that we currently cannot process reprints in South Korea. However, refunds are available if you have had issues with your order.

Refund Process
We are ready to assist if your order faced issues. A refund has been issued for your print order. Please allow 10 to 20 business days for the processing and appearance of the refund, depending on your bank’s procedures.
