If you’re looking to order or reorder prints, Canva makes it easy with various platforms including mobile apps (iOS and Android), desktop app, and website. You can enjoy this service if you’re in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Mexico, Southeast Asia, India, Japan, Northern Americas & Caribbean, and South & Central Latin America.

How to Place Your Print Order

1. **Select Your Print Option**: Visit the Canva site or app and open the design you wish to print. Select the “Print with Canva” option from the menu.
2. **Choose Specifications**: Pick your preferred print specifications such as size, paper type, and quantity. Then, click or tap “Continue.”
3. **Proof Your Design**: Ensure your design is print-ready by checking for any flagged issues. We recommend using CMYK colors for best results.
4. **Finalize Your Order**: Click or tap “Add to cart” to view your selections, and “Checkout” when ready.

Handling Multiple Items in Your Order
To include more items in your order:

1. Navigate back to your homepage to select additional designs.
2. Customize each design’s print options and add them to your cart.
3. Once all selections are complete, proceed by clicking “Checkout.”

Inputting Shipping and Payment Details

• **Address Entry**: Enter your shipping address manually. Note that PO Box addresses are currently not supported.
• **Shipping Method**: Choose your preferred delivery method.
• **Payment**: Confirm your payment details or enter new payment information.
• **Place Order**: Ensure everything is correct and click “Place Order.”

Address Issues with the Print Button
If the print button isn’t visible:

• Make sure you’re within the supported countries or regions.
• Ensure your template is suitable for printing by resizing if necessary.
• Check your user role if you’re part of a team as some roles have restrictions.

Including Street Numbers in Your Address
If required to input a street number, adding ‘1’ before the street name may solve the issue in regions without house numbers.
