When to Use This Guide?
Use this guide when you need to reorder prints directly from your Purchase History. This is an efficient way compared to opening your design and checking out again.
Step-by-Step Instructions to Reorder Prints:
- Start on the Canva homepage and click the gear icon to access your Settings.
- Select the Purchase History tab to view your past orders.
- Find the print order you want to reorder and click on View Order.
- In the pop-up, click Reorder and ensure you select the correct items if you have multiple items in an order.
- Review the preview and select your print options. You can update the details or leave them as they are from your previous order.
- Click Add to Cart.
- Go to your cart by clicking the cart icon at the top-right of the page, then proceed to checkout.
Why the Reorder Button Might Be Unavailable
- The order is more than 60 days old.
- The order status is not yet shipped or collected.
- Changes made by the print facility have altered the order.
- The order has already been reprinted.
- Access to the design is lost (deleted, not the owner, or access removed).
- You are ordering from a different region.
- The product or Canva Print service is not available in your country.

Q: Can I edit my design before reordering?
A: No, to update your design, open it from your Projects folder and go through the checkout process again.
