Step-by-Step Guide to Exporting Your Content

1. Head to your homepage and click on the Gear icon to enter Account Settings.
2. Navigate to Login & Security and find the Download section.
3. Choose the appropriate download option for your account type (personal or team) and click "Request to download."
4. Wait for an email from Canva confirming the availability of your downloaded files. This process may take 24-72 hours.
5. Once you receive the confirmation email, go back to Account Settings and select Download.
6. In the download window, you'll see separate files that you can download. Click on them to start the export.

• For Windows users, you may need to rename your files and ensure they open by right-clicking on the zip file and selecting Open.
• For Mac users, simply click on the exported file to open.

Dealing with Potential Issues

• If your export includes too many or too long design names, shorten them and try exporting again.
• Use software like 7zip if you encounter issues opening files on Windows.
• If Macs are available, try opening your export there in case of compatibility problems.
