When to Use This Guide
Ever wanted to personalize your writing to reflect your unique style and personality? Our Magic Write feature lets you do just that! Learn how to create and save your personal writing tone for future use.

How to Create and Save Your Writing Style
Follow these steps to save your preferred writing style:
  1. Open a design in the editor and select any text to reveal a floating toolbar.
  2. Click the **Magic Write** button or press the forward slash "**/**" on your keyboard, then choose **Magic Write.**
  3. Select **Change voice** from the options.
  4. Click on **Add a voice.**
  5. In the **Add sample text here** field, enter text that matches the style you want.
  6. Click **Analyze Voice** to determine your style. The result will appear under **Your tone of voice is...**
  7. Enter a name for your tone in the pop-up window.
  8. Click **Save** when you're done.

*Tip:* You can create and save up to three different writing styles by repeating the steps above.

Using Your Saved Writing Style
Once your tone of voice is saved, here's how to apply it:
  1. Select the text where you wish to use your tone.
  2. Access the floating toolbar and click the **Magic Write** button.
  3. Choose **Change tone** then select your saved style.

Editing or Deleting a Saved Writing Style
To modify or remove a saved tone:
  1. Open a design and select a text, then press the forward slash "**/**" on your keyboard.
  2. Find and select **Magic Write** from the dropdown.
  3. Choose the voice you want to edit.
  4. Click the **Edit** icon next to the tone name.
  5. To rename, click the **Pencil** icon and type a new name.
  6. To create a new voice, input new sample text and click **Analyze Voice**.
  7. Click **Save**.
  8. To delete, use the **Trash** icon and confirm your choice.

Note on Editing: Currently, editing saved styles using the Magic Write button in the floating toolbar is not possible. Make sure to use the forward slash "**/**" shortcut to access editing features.
