Introduction to Canva's Mini Cart and Shopping Cart

When to Use This Page:
This guide is here to help you understand how to manage multiple pages or design types within a single print order on Canva. It's your go-to resource for utilizing the Mini Cart and Shopping Cart features effectively.

Overview:
Canva is excited to introduce the Mini Cart and Shopping Cart features, enhancing your ability to order prints efficiently. These features allow for a more flexible ordering experience, enabling you to include various items in your shopping process.

Understanding Mini Cart and Shopping Cart:
  • **Mini Cart**: With this feature, you can place multiple pages of the same design type in one order. It allows you to select different specifications, such as type and finish, for each page. This feature is now available for all design types.
  • **Shopping Cart**: This feature lets you order multiple design types, such as business cards and stickers, in a single print order. As of January 26, 2024, this feature is available to all areas, including Brazil, South and Central America.

Checkout Flow:
When using Canva’s cart features, you can order multiple designs for the same print product in one go. Note that you can add up to 30 items per order, so plan your shopping cart accordingly.

Combining Pages from Different Designs:
As of May 2, 2023, you can now add or merge pages from different designs. This update removes previous limitations, especially for products like mugs.

Processing Reprints, Refunds, and Coupons:
  • **Reprints**: If you need a reprint, choose the affected items and indicate the reason for reprint. For orders with multiple issues, handle each separately to ensure accurate processing.
  • **Refunds**: To request a refund, check the amount of the affected item and ensure the right reasons and amounts are processed, as adjustments cannot be made once set.
  • **Reorder Coupons**: For reorder coupons, particularly in cases of design errors, refer to your invoice for the correct amount and ensure to avoid duplicate compensation.

Partial Cancellations:
Thanks to updates, partial order cancellations have become easier to manage. Remember that certain orders are immediate and may not be cancellable after placement.

If you have more questions about using these new features or need assistance, please feel free to share your feedback. We’re here to help you have the best experience with Canva's printing services.
