When to Consider a Pro Content License Refund?
If you're wondering whether you're eligible for a refund on a license for premium elements, here’s what you need to know:

Overview
This guide helps you navigate refund requests related to content licenses in Canva.

When Can You Request a Refund?
  1. You can request a refund if the invoice for the Pro content license was made within the last 180 days.
  2. Refunds may not be possible if your license was obtained based on Canva's Content License Agreement, as these generally aren't eligible for refunds.
  3. Refunds cover certain cases where you might have been charged twice for the same Pro content license in the same design or if technical issues occurred during licensing.

Handling Duplicate Charges
If you think you have been charged twice for the same design, here's what to do:
  1. Compare the invoices to determine if duplicate charges exist within the same design.
  2. If confirmed, we'll process a refund for the duplicate charge as a goodwill gesture.

What if You're Charged for Different Designs?
If you've used the same license in different designs, please note:
  • A single Pro content license covers usage within the same design. Using the content in different designs requires a separate license purchase.

Best Practices
  • Always check your invoices after a purchase to ensure there are no duplicate charges.

If you find this information doesn't solve your concern, let us know so we can ensure your issue is addressed promptly. Thank you for being a Canva user!
