Sharing designs is a fantastic way to collaborate, but there are certain limits to be aware of to prevent misuse and ensure the platform remains a safe space for everyone.

What You Need to Know About Sharing:

• You can share an unlimited number of designs within your team every day. Just click the "Share" button to distribute your designs to team members. However, sharing across different teams in the same account is not supported directly from the dropdown.

• When sharing designs via email, there is a limit of 20 emails per day. Here are some examples:

* Share one design with 20 different users or groups.
* Share 20 different designs with one user.
* Share one design with 10 users and share 10 different designs with one other user.

• Keep in mind, you need to be either the Owner or an Editor to share a design.

• If you encounter an error message when attempting to share, it's likely because you've reached the email limit. Try alternative sharing methods.

• Please note that designs made on the global Canva site cannot be shared to the China site due to server differences.

Additional Options:
If you hit the daily limit, consider these alternatives:

1. Download the design and send it via email manually.
2. Make a copy of the design to share with others.
3. Use the shareable link by clicking "Share" and then "Copy link" to allow others to view, edit, or use your design as a template.

Understanding Limitations on Invitations:
To prevent spam, there are limits on how many invitations can be sent per hour:

• 90 per IP address
• 60 per device

These limits are extended to user IDs associated with disposable email addresses to maintain the integrity of the platform.

Enterprise and Education users are exempt from these invitation limitations.
