Use this guide when you are planning to switch between Canva Pro and Canva Teams or to understand the different subscription options available. This is especially useful if you're looking to expand your team's capabilities or require features specific to Canva Teams.

Steps to Upgrade Your Subscription
Upgrading to Canva Pro or Canva Teams:

1. On the Canva homepage, click on 'Try Canva Pro' for individual users or 'Try Canva Teams' if adding more members.
2. If eligible, you'll see an option for a 30-day free trial.
3. Choose a payment plan, which may vary by location.
4. Click 'Next' and select your payment choice.
5. Complete the process by entering your information.

Switching from Canva Teams to Pro:

1. First, ensure you have removed all team members.
2. Navigate to Account Settings and select the 'People' tab.
3. Remove each member by selecting 'Remove from team.' For bulk removal, use the checkbox option and then select 'Remove users.'
4. After removing all members, go to the 'Billing & Plans' tab.
5. Request cancellation to end your Canva Teams subscription.
6. Once the subscription ends, you can resubscribe to Canva Pro.
