Introduction to Bulk Create
---
This page is designed for those looking to understand and use Canva's Bulk Create feature effectively.

What is Bulk Create?
---
Bulk Create is a convenient tool for Canva Pro, Canva for Teams, Canva for Education, and Canva for Nonprofits users that enables the creation of multiple versions of a design automatically using data you provide. This feature is ideal for designs like business cards, postcards, and invitations where different versions are needed for each recipient.

How to Use the Bulk Create Feature
---
**Accessing Bulk Create**
  1. From the editor side panel, click on **Apps**.
  2. Choose Bulk Create to open your options for inputting data.

**Entering Data Manually**
  1. In Bulk Create, choose **Enter Data**.
  2. Clear existing samples by selecting **Clear Data**, or replace each sample piece individually.
  3. Type or paste your data into the provided table.
  4. To expand your data entry, click **Add Text** for more columns. Use **Enter** or **Return** to input additional rows.
  5. For images or videos, choose “Add Image” and use the **+ icon** to upload.
  6. Select **Done** when your data input is complete.

**Uploading a CSV File**
  1. Prepare your spreadsheet data and save it as a CSV file using tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.
  2. Within Bulk Create, select **Upload CSV**.
  3. Choose your prepared CSV file to begin the integration.

**Linking Data to Design Elements**
  1. Right-click the design element you want to connect your data to.
  2. Select **Connect Data** to assign your data placement.
  3. Link the data column to the chosen element.
  4. To include images, ensure you add a frame from the Elements tab; note that grids are not compatible for direct data connection.
  5. Repeat these steps for each necessary column or element across your design pages.
  6. Click **Continue** to generate your completed designs. Review and ensure all information is correct before finalizing.

Keep in mind:
  • At this time, data cannot connect to grid elements, only frames.
  • A maximum of 200 pages can be processed at once; additional entries will create new tabs.

If you find any part of this process unclear or run into issues, let us know so we can continue to improve your experience. Happy designing!
