What is Bulk Create?
Bulk Create is a Canva feature that lets you produce multiple versions of a design by importing data. It's ideal for scenarios like creating personalized event ID cards or customizing marketing materials with different names and information.
How to Access Bulk Create

• Open the Canva editor and click on the Apps Tab.
• Choose Bulk Create from the available options.

Importing Your Data
You can add data to your bulk creation projects in different ways:
Manually Entering Data

• Select the Bulk Create tab in the editor's side panel.
• Click on Enter data and clear any existing samples.
• Enter or paste your data into the table.
• Use Add text to insert additional columns and adjust rows.
• Click Add Image to include visuals in your designs.
• Once complete, hit Done to proceed.

Uploading a CSV File

• Select Upload data and choose your CSV to add multiple data points in one go. If you're using an Excel file, select the desired sheets and range.

Connecting Data to Design Elements

• Right-click on the design element you wish to connect with data.
• Choose Connect data and select the corresponding column.
• Use frames, shapes, or grids to add images or videos to your design elements.
• Repeat connecting each data column to continue.
• Click Continue to review the bulk-created designs in a new tab.

Best Practices and Tips

• Remember, Bulk Create currently supports up to 100 rows. If you have more, consider processing in batches.
• Ensure your data is formatted correctly to avoid alignment issues or errors.
• For Free users, manually creating multiple copies of your design is another option.
