  1. **Confirm Your Subscription Purchase**
- Ensure you have proof of your subscription purchase from the iTunes App Store. This may be an Apple transaction receipt, an email confirmation from Apple, or a screenshot of your subscription list in the App Store.

  1. **Access Your Apple Receipt ID**
- Open the Canva app on your phone.
- Navigate to the Menu and click the dropdown arrow next to your account name.
- Select 'Account settings' and go to 'Subscription'.
- Click 'Generate Receipt ID', then 'Copy Apple Receipt ID'. You'll need this to verify your subscription.

  1. **Visit the Canva Account Page**
- Verify if your account reflects the active Canva Pro subscription and ensure it is linked to the correct team if you have multiple teams.
