Experiencing Issues Importing from Facebook into Canva?
Why You Might Be Having Trouble
On April 16, 2024, we identified an issue with importing media from Facebook into Canva using our app. As a result, the direct import feature is temporarily disabled.

Alternative Solution to Import Your Facebook Media
While we work on fixing this problem, you can still bring your Facebook media into Canva by first downloading it to your device. Here's what you need to do:

  1. Download your photos or videos from Facebook to your computer or device.
  2. Open Canva and go to your current design project or start a new one.
  3. Look for the **Uploads** tab on the editor side panel.
  4. Click on **Upload an image or video**.
  5. Choose the files you downloaded from Facebook or simply drag them into the **Uploads** area.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we resolve this issue. Your creative projects can continue smoothly with these simple steps.
