Team purchasing restrictions

Canva Teams owners and administrators can allow or restrict members from using the team's stored payment options to prevent unauthorised purchases.

1. From the top corner of the homepage, click the  gear icon to go to Settings.
2. Click the  Billing & plans tab.
3. Under Team purchasing restrictions, click the dropdown, and select who can make purchases using the team’s payment method.
4. Click Save changes to finish.

Team owners and billing contacts receive email notifications for every team purchase.

 

Members who aren’t allowed to use the team’s payment method can still add theirs for their Canva purchases.
