- It is important to note that refunds can only be considered if you provide the unique Google Play transaction identifier known as GPA. Refunds are applicable to transactions made within the last 180 days.\n\nHow to Process a Google Play Refund\nFollow these steps to process a refund through Google Play:\n\n1. Log into your Google Play Console account.\n2. Navigate to “Order Management.”\n3. Enter the GPA in the “Search by order ID or email” field.\n4. Click on the arrow to view order details.\n5. Select the “Refund” button.\n6. Mark the “Remove Entitlement” checkbox to cancel the subscription and halt its renewal.\n7. Adjust the refund percentage if necessary.\n8. Click on “Refund.”\n9. Verify that the subscription does not appear active in your Google Play Console. If it remains active, cancel the subscription to prevent renewal charges.\n10. Cancel the subscription to stop access to Canva Pro features.\n\nHandling Prorated Refunds\nIf your refund request is made more than 60 days after the charge, a prorated refund will be processed. While the Canva platform allows specifying refund dates, the Google Play Console uses a percentage for prorated refunds.\n\nPlease let us know if further clarification or assistance is needed, and we will gladly assist with the refund process.\n
