When to Use This Guide
This guidance is for situations involving unauthorized changes to your account, such as unexpected verification codes or altered designs and account settings.

Understanding Unauthorized Account Changes
If you notice changes to your account that you did not authorize, like password resets you didn’t request or unexpected verification codes, these could be due to various reasons. Sometimes, similar email addresses or shared credentials can lead to confusion, or perhaps you forgot to log out of a public device.

How to Respond to Unauthorized Changes
  • If you received a verification email for account creation:
- Ensure your email security by resetting your password and consider enabling two-factor authentication.

  • If you received an email to reset your password that you didn’t request:
- Secure your email by changing the password and setting up two-factor authentication for extra security.

  • For changes to your designs or account settings:
- Currently, reversing these specific changes is not possible.
- To protect your account, change your password and log out of all devices.

  • If you keep receiving verification codes without requesting:
- Sign out from all devices and activate two-factor authentication.
