This guide details how you can manage your Canva Pro subscription using the mobile app. It includes instructions for subscribing, handling free trials, and understanding subscription renewal charges.

Subscribing to Canva Pro on iOS:
To start a Canva Pro subscription using your iOS app, follow these steps:

1. Open the Canva app on your device.
2. Tap on the "Pro" tab for individual users, or "Canva for Teams" if you have a team.
3. Select 'Upgrade now' and then confirm with 'Upgrade' in the next window.
4. Choose your preferred payment plan. Be aware that prices may differ by region.
5. Tap 'Subscribe' and confirm your purchase with your Apple ID.

Free Trial for Canva Pro:
If you're eligible, you can enjoy a 14-day free trial of Canva Pro via the iOS app:

• This is available if you haven't redeemed a Canva Pro trial before through your Apple account.
• To initiate your trial, follow the subscription steps above.

Handling Immediate Charges on the Free Trial:
If charged unexpectedly after starting a free trial, it may be because a previous trial was already claimed on your account. Please note that only one trial per Apple account is available.

Renewal Charges for iOS Subscriptions:

• Your Canva Pro subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless canceled.
• If payment fails, there's a grace period of 16 days to update your payment before the subscription is canceled.

If Payment Isn't Successful:

• Once the 16-day grace period passes without successful payment, your subscription is automatically canceled.
• You can resubscribe through the app at any time following the subscription steps.

Switching Plans:
To switch between monthly and yearly plans, you'll need to do so via your Apple ID settings.

Using a Different Payment Method:
To change your payment method linked with your Apple ID, update it through your Apple account settings.
