Add or change your payment method

Add, update, or remove your account payment method to allow for easier Canva purchases and transactions.

For teams, only owners and administrators can manage account payment methods.

What to expect

  • You can only add one payment method at a time.
  • Team owners and administrators can allow or prevent members from using the team’s payment method.
  • If you can use your team’s payment method, you can add your own.

Adding a payment method

 

  1. From the homepage, go to  Settings.
  2. From the side menu, select the  Billing & plans tab.
  3. Under the Payment method section, select the Add a payment method link.
  4. Fill out your payment method details, then select Save to finish.

Changing your payment method

If you have an active Canva Pro or Canva Teams plan and you want to change your payment method to:

PayPal or credit/debit card

  1. From Settings, go to the  Billing & plans tab
  2. Select Change on your payment method.
  3. Fill out your payment method details, then select Save to finish.

Direct debit (SEPA or iDeal)

  1. Cancel your subscription first by going to the  Billing & plans tab.
  2. Select Remove on your payment method.
  3. Once your subscription ends, you can resubscribe to Canva Pro or Canva Teams using your direct debit (SEPA or iDeal) payment method.

 

 

Removing your payment method

 

  1. From Settings, go to the  Billing & plans tab
  2. Select Remove on your payment method.

How Canva charges look like on bank or card statements

Canva charges appear as any of the following on your bank or card statement:

  • Canva
  • Canva*invoice_id
  • APPLE*Canva
  • GOOGLE*Canva
  • Canva UK Operations Ltd
