You can use Canva at your own discretion knowing this possibility. We hope everything has returned to normal and encourage monitoring the platform’s status for updates.

  1. Exploring Compensation Options: If you're interested in possible compensation due to a service disruption, here's what you need to know:
- For frequent users on a free or monthly subscription, we may offer a one-time 30-day free trial of Canva Pro. This gesture is to help you continue creating wonderful designs.
- Annual subscribers may receive a pro-rated refund equivalent to one month (up to $9.95 USD) based on unused days left in the subscription.

  1. Accepting or Declining Our Offer:
- If you wish to accept the complimentary subscription or refund, let us know. This offer will be reflected in your next billing date or processed with your bank.
- We respect your decision if this offer isn’t suitable. Feel free to inform us, and we will reevaluate your situation.
