Why Were You Charged for Added Members?
Adding a new member to your Canva team may result in additional charges. This happens when your subscription automatically updates to accommodate the team expansion. Keep in mind that pricing varies based on the subscription plan.

Steps to Manage Team Members and Charges
  1. **Removing an Added Team Member**: If you added a member and want to remove them to avoid future charges, follow these steps:
- Go to your Settings.
- Select People from the side menu.
- Find the person you wish to remove and click the role dropdown next to their name.
- Choose Remove from team.
- Note: The person removed will no longer have access to designs they created within the team.

  1. **Replacing a Team Member**: If you're considering replacing someone instead of merely removing them:
- Go to your Settings.
- Select People from the side menu.
- Remove the existing member as described above.
- Invite the new person to join the team.
