This guide aims to help you navigate the process of logging into and out of Canva. Whether you’re accessing your account to start a new project or ensuring your data is secure after use, following these steps will protect your personal information.

How to Log In to Canva
  1. Visit the Canva homepage.
  2. Click the “Log in” button located at the top right corner.
  3. Select your preferred login method:
- Google
- Facebook
- Apple ID
- Email or Work email (could be through a password or code)
- Microsoft (could be through a password or code)
- Clever
- Passkey
  1. Enter your login details and select “Log in.”

How to Log Out of Canva
To ensure the security of your account, logging out is important when you’ve finished using Canva.

  • Logout from Your Current Session:
  1. Click on your account icon at the top corner of the page.
  2. Select “Sign out.”

  • Logout from All Devices:
  1. Navigate to “Settings” from the homepage.
  2. Go to “Login & Security.”
  3. Select “Sign out from all devices” and confirm.

Available Login Methods
Canva offers multiple options to access your account securely:

  • Facebook
  • Apple ID
  • Email or Work Email (via password or code)
  • Microsoft (via password or code)
  • Clever
  • Passkey

Understanding Google One Tap
Google One Tap simplifies the login experience by allowing you to sign in with just a tap, eliminating the need to remember passwords. Opting out is also possible by managing your Google Account settings.

Ensuring Secure Access with Passkeys
Passkeys provide enhanced security and ease by using your fingerprint, face, or a hardware token instead of passwords.

  • To add a Passkey:
  1. Open “Settings” from the homepage.
  2. Click on “Login & Security.”
  3. Under “Passkey,” click “Add.”
  4. Enter the code sent to your email and click “Add a passkey.”

  • To remove a Passkey:
  1. Access “Settings.”
  2. Click on “Login & Security.”
  3. Under “Passkey,” click “Trash” to delete it.

If a Passkey fails or you encounter issues, log in using your original method and attempt creating a new Passkey. For additional support or if any solutions aren’t helpful, please let us know.
