Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to your **Account Settings**.
2. Find the **Billing and Teams** tab and look for **Subscriptions for your team** to click on **Register now for free**.
3. A prompt will appear. Choose **Get verified now**.
4. Enter your details: Full Name, Email Address, School Name, and (optionally) School Website, then press **Continue**.
5. Upload a school document that confirms your teacher status for the ongoing school year. Ensure the document shows your full name, school name, and date. You can drag and drop your file or browse your device using the browse button. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, PDF.
6. Click **Submit** to conclude your verification.

Special Notes:

• If you already belong to a team using Canva for Education, logging into your team account suffices for access.

Troubleshooting Registration Issues

If "Register to Canva for Education" does not appear:

• **Active Subscription**: You need to wait for any active paid subscription to end before this option appears. After canceling your subscription, the registration option should automatically display once it ends.
