Overview: Canva has recently reorganized its support categories into two main areas to make it easier for you to navigate your issues and get the help you need. As of April 29, 2024, the main categories are "Canva Support" and "Canva Print," each containing five sub-categories. This new setup ensures your inquiries are categorized correctly, enhancing the support experience. How to Categorize Your Inquiries: \- Under "Canva Support," you’ll find these sub-categories: Account Management, Apps and Integrations, Legal and Privacy, Designing, and General Feedback. \- Under "Canva Print," the sub-categories include Payments and Subscriptions, Publishing, SSO, Teams and Collaboration, and Websites. If you’re not sure which category your issue falls into, choose the one that seems the closest to your inquiry. This approach helps us assist you more efficiently.
