What to expect Sofort is only available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Spain, and Switzerland, and only supports EUR. You can only use Sofort when using Canva on a computer browser. If you have stored credit card or PayPal details in your account, you won’t see Sofort as a payment option. Using Sofort From the payment prompt, select Sofort . Continue onto the next step. You'll be redirected to a new tab where you’ll be required to log in to Sofort. Choose your bank provider and confirm the amount being charged. Complete your purchase. You may be charged a small fee for using Sofort to register for a Canva Pro or Canva Teams free trial. This fee is automatically refunded. If it hasn’t been refunded after 7 banking days, please let us know . Use your iDeal account to pay for premium elements, Canva Print orders, or your Canva Pro or Canva Teams plan. This is only available in The Netherlands and only supports EUR. You can only use iDeal when using Canva on a computer browser. From the payment prompt, select iDeal . Choose your bank provider from the drop-down menu. You'll be redirected to a new tab where you’ll be required to log in to your bank’s website. Complete your purchase. You may be charged a one-time authentication fee for setting up iDeal as a payment method. This is required by SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) for setting up recurring payments. The authentication fee is automatically refunded. If it hasn’t been refunded after 7 banking days, please let us know .
