If your organization is an eligible nonprofit, you can access Canva Teams for free as part of our Canva for Nonprofits program.
Canva for Nonprofits program features
Canva for Nonprofits gives you and your team access to Canva Teams' premium features for free, which includes the following:
- Access to premium images, videos, music, and other graphics
- Downloading designs with transparent backgrounds
- Upgraded Brand Kit: create more color palettes, and upload your own fonts and logos
- Publishing designs as brand templates
- Sharing designs and folders with your team
- Using template share links
Sign up for Canva for Nonprofits
Before applying, make sure your Canva account has a valid email address. If your Canva account doesn’t have an email associated to it or you’d like to use a different email from the one you’re currently using, learn more about Changing your email address.
- Check our eligibility guidelines to see if your organization is an eligible nonprofit in your country.
- Have an existing Canva account. Sign up here for free if you don’t have one.
- Read and review the program’s Terms and Conditions.
- Fill out and submit the application form.
- Complete the verification process.
If you selected Nonprofit from the signup onboarding or from the Your account tab on Settings, you can also sign up by clicking on Upgrade to Canva Nonprofits from the Billing & teams tab on Settings.
We'll review your application and update you via your provided email address in 7 to 10 days.
Note that free access to Canva Teams only applies to your first team. So if you create more teams, you’ll need to upgrade to Canva Teams to unlock its premium features for the other teams.
