1. Go to the login page.
2. Click Forgot password? at the lower part of the login form.
3. Enter your account email, and click Continue.
4. Check your account's email for the password reset email.
5. Click the Reset password button from the email.
6. Enter a new password. Try making it at least 8 characters long. See this article for tips on picking a strong password and for other ways you can secure your account.

Secure your account by regularly changing your password. If you’ve forgotten your password, reset it here instead. Change your password now from Settings. Here’s how to change your password: From the homepage, go to Settings . Click the Login & Security tab. Next to Password , click Update . Enter your current password for verification purposes. Enter your new password. Try making it at least 8 characters long. See this article for tips on picking a strong password. Re-enter it under Confirm new password . Click Save changes . A password change confirmation will be sent to your account email .

Log out of Canva (web)

You can log out from your Canva account in two ways: Log out from your current session This will log you out from the device or browser that you’re currently using: From the homepage , click your account icon from the top corner of the page. Click Sign out . Log out from all devices to end all sessions This will log you out from all devices and browsers where you logged in before: From the homepage , go to Settings . Can’t access account email

If you can’t access your account email, refer to the guide below depending on your situation: I can't access my email address If you can’t access the email linked to your Canva account, you can contact your email service provider (ESP) to recover access to your email. Here are some helpful links: Gmail: https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery Yahoo: https://login.yahoo.com/forgot Outlook/Hotmail: https://account.live.com/password/reset AOL: https://login.aol.com/forgot iCloud: https://support.apple.com/102656 Once you regain access to your email, you can change the email linked to your Canva account. You'll be asked to verify your existing email before you can update to a new email. You can change your registered email address from Settings. I didn't receive the one-time password The email with the code may have been marked as Spam. Please check your spam folder or check with your email admin to see if it's being quarantined. You can no longer access your previous work or education/school email We recommend that you contact your former employer or school to recover access to your email address. Once you’ve successfully logged in, change your email address in your Settings .

From the Your account tab, select Edit across your email address. Enter your account password, and click Confirm password . Once the field is unlocked, enter a new email address. It should not be linked to an existing Canva account. Select Save changes . From the home screen, select Menu . Select your profile name. Select Settings and then Your account . Select Edit across your email address. Enter your account password, and click Confirm password . Once the field is unlocked, enter a new email address.
