I used the wrong shipping address

If you placed a print order with the wrong shipping address, you might still be able to change it.

 

You can only change the shipping address within two hours after placing it. It should also be in the Order Placed or Processing status. Learn how to check your print order status.

 
 
  1. From the homepage, go to Settings.
  2. Select Purchase history.
  3. Click View order.
  4. Select Edit address.
  5. Enter the correct address. You can only enter an address that’s within the same country as the original address.
  6. Select Update address to finish.
 

What can I do past the two hours?

If more than two hours have passed since placing your order, you can no longer change its shipping address. However, you can contact us and we’ll work on a solution for you.

Cancel or change a Canva Print order

You may cancel or make limited changes to your order within two hours of placing it. If you need to change the shipping address, please refer to Changing the shipping address section below. However, if you need to change your order details or update your design, you need to cancel your order and place a new one. Canceling a Canva Print order You can cancel specific item/s or your entire orders within two hours of placing them. Learn how to check your print order status . In-store pickup orders can’t be canceled once it’s placed. If you need help, please contact us . From the homepage, go to Settings . Select Purchase history . Under the order’s Actions column, click Cancel order . Select the item/s you’d like to cancel. Click Continue . From the dropdown , select a cancelation reason. Press Cancel order to finish. From the home screen, tap Menu . Tap your profile name. Tap Settings . Select Purchase history . Tap the order you want to cancel. Tap Cancel order . Select the item/s you’d like to cancel. Click Continue . From the dropdown , select a cancelation reason. Tap Cancel order to finish. Changing a Canva Print order To make changes to the design or the order details, cancel the order first and place a new one again with the corrections made. We'll process the refund immediately after cancellation. Funds are typically returned to your payment method within 10 to 20 business days, though often much sooner.

I’m having trouble submitting my order

If the Print button is available but your order isn’t submitting, here are things to try. Check if your preferred payment method is valid or has sufficient funds. You can also use a different payment method, if available. Learn more about Canva’s supported payment methods . Make sure the delivery address is within your region or country. Shipping to a different supported region or country than where you are located is not currently available. Learn more about where Canva prints and ships . Use a different but trusted internet connection, if available. Use a browser that doesn’t use a proxy network. Use a regular browser, not incognito or private mode.
