Cancel or change a Canva Print order
You may cancel or make limited changes to your order within two hours of placing it. If you need to change the shipping address, please refer to Changing the shipping address section below.
However, if you need to change your order details or update your design, you need to cancel your order and place a new one.
Canceling a Canva Print order
You can cancel specific item/s or your entire orders within two hours of placing them. Learn how to check your print order status.
In-store pickup orders can’t be canceled once it’s placed. If you need help, please contact us.
- From the homepage, go to Settings.
- Select Purchase history.
- Under the order’s Actions column, click Cancel order.
- Select the item/s you’d like to cancel.
- Click Continue.
- From the dropdown, select a cancelation reason.
- Press Cancel order to finish.
Changing the shipping address
You can only change the shipping address of print orders within two hours of placing them. Learn how to check your print order status.
For in-store pickup orders, changing to another store or changing to a delivery option isn't currently available.
- From the homepage, go to Settings.
- Select Purchase history.
- Click View order.
- Select Edit address.
- Enter the correct address. You can only enter an address that’s within the same country as the original address.
- Select Update address to finish.
Changing a Canva Print order
To make changes to the design or the order details, cancel the order first and place a new one again with the corrections made.
We'll process the refund immediately after cancellation. Funds are typically returned to your payment method within 10 to 20 business days, though often much sooner.

Tracking your Canva Print order
After placing a Canva Print order , you can monitor or verify its status from Settings. From the homepage, select the Settings icon . Select Purchase history . Look for your order and its current status. You can also filter by type so it only shows print orders. From the home screen, select Menu . Select your profile name and then Settings . Collection order statuses Order Placed: We’ve queued your order, and is pending processing. Processing: The print facility has accepted your order. Printing: The print facility is printing your order. Collecting: The order is ready for collection at the store. Collected: The order has been collected. Error: The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, or there’s another error with your order. If you’re not sure why you’re seeing the Error status, please contact us so we can check. Order prints of your designs
Canva Print lets you easily turn your designs into a variety of printed products that can be delivered to your door or picked up in-store. Want to learn more about our complete list of print products per region? Head over to the What We Print page. Choosing your preferences and proofing Open the design that you’d like to print and follow the steps below: From the menu bar above, select Print with Canva . If the Print button isn’t visible and you’re located in a supported region , you can resize your design to a printable design type. Select your preferred print specifications and pages to print. Then, click Continue . Proof your design to ensure your design is print-ready. Review and fix the flagged issues if there are any. Click Download PDF for a final review of your design. Click Add to cart to see a summary of the items in your cart. Tap the on the header. Alternatively, you may also tap the Share icon first, then Print with Canva . f the Print button isn’t visible and you’re located in a supported region , you can resize your design to a printable design type. Select your preferred print specifications and pages to print. Then, click Continue . Proof your design to ensure your design is print-ready. Review and fix the flagged issues if there are any. Tap Download PDF for a final review of your design. Tap Add to cart to see a summary of the items in your cart. Adding more items to your order You can order multiple items of the same or multiple different products and check them out in one go. This is ideal if your design has multiple pages that you want to print (e.g., business card designs with name variations on each page) or if you simply want to order two different products at the same time. From the order panel, click on the product name before the cart icon. Select the other page/s you want to print. If you’d like to order a different product or design, go back to Homepage. Choose and customize your print options for the additional print item (e.g., selecting a different page, paper finish, quantity, etc.). Select Add to cart . Repeat from Step 1 until you’ve added all items to your order. Once ready to proceed, select Checkout . On the upper-right of the print order window, tap the X button. Tap the print product icon beside the Share icon . Select the other page/s you want to print. If you’d like to order a different product or design, go back to Homepage. Choose and customize your print options for the additional print item (e.g., selecting a different page, paper finish, quantity, etc.). Select Add to cart . Repeat from Step 1 until you’ve added all items to your order. Once you’re ready to proceed, select Checkout . Providing your shipping and payment details Once you’ve added all the items you need to your cart, select Checkout . You’ll be directed to the shipping details window. Enter your details or those of the authorized recipient. Search for your shipping address. Note that we don’t ship to PO box addresses at the moment. If you ordered previously, we’ll show your saved shipping address. Select your preferred shipping method. If you’d like to collect your order at a store, search for nearby pickup locations . Learn more about picking up your Canva Print order . Check if your saved payment method is correct. If there’s none, select your preferred payment method and enter the details. Tick Set as default payment method to use it for your future purchases. If you have a Canva Print coupon, enter the code and select Apply . Learn more about using Canva Print coupon codes . Finally, click Place order to submit. Enter your details or those of the authorized recipient. Search for your shipping address. Note that we don’t ship to PO box addresses at the moment. If you ordered previously, we’ll show your saved shipping address. If applicable, you’ll be asked to confirm your shipping address. Choose from a suggestion or tap Edit Address if there’s none. Select the suggested address or keep the address you've entered. Select your preferred shipping method. If you’d like to collect your order at a store, search for nearby pickup locations . Finally, tap Place order to submit. Once you've placed your order, you'll see a pop-up confirmation with your order ID. You’ll also receive a confirmation to your registered email address. Reorder prints of your designs
Got a design you’d like to print again? You can reorder conveniently from your Purchase history. From the homepage, click the gear icon at the top right corner to go your Settings . Select the Purchase history tab. Look for the print order you’d like to place again and click View order . From the pop-up window, click Reorder . Ensure to select the correct item/s if you’re reordering from a multi-item order. Check the preview and select your print options. The form will be prepopulated with the details from your previous order. You may update or keep them. Click Add to cart . Click the cart icon at the top-right of the page to view your cart or continue to checkout. From the homepage, tap the menu icon at the top left corner to go to your [cog icon] Settings . Scroll down and tap Purchase History . Look for the print order you’d like to place again and tap View order . Tap Reorder . Ensure to select the correct item/s if you’re reordering from a multi-item order. Check the preview and select your print options. The form will be preloaded with the details from your previous order. You may update or keep them. Tap Add to cart . Tap the the menu icon again then the cart icon to view your cart or continue to checkout. If you need to update your design, open it again from your Projects folder and go through the checkout flow. The Reorder button isn’t available We’re still fine-tuning the Reorder feature for wider support. If you can’t see the Reorder button for a specific order, it might be because of one of the following reasons: The order is not yet in Shipped or Collected status. The design for the order was adjusted by our team to prevent issues during printing. The item in that order was reprinted by the Canva support team. You have no access to the design (i.e., it was deleted, you’re not the design owner, your access was removed). You’re in a different print region from when you placed the original order. The product is no longer available. In the meantime, you may reorder by opening the design you wish to print again and clicking the Print button. Learn more about ordering prints of your designs . Collect your Canva Print order
You can collect or pick up professional prints of your designs at local stores near you. Below you can learn more about placing and getting in-store pickup orders through Canva Print. We send collection orders to production immediately. This means you can’t change or cancel them. Please make sure you’ve checked everything before placing your order. Checking if in-store pickup is available In-store pickup is currently only available for select products and in select locations in the US and Canada. If you’re ordering multiple items, kindly ensure that all products in your cart are supported by the partner store. Otherwise, the pickup option won't show up. Open the design that you’d like to print and click the Print button from the menu bar above. If the Print button isn’t visible and you’re located in our supported regions, resize your design first. Select your print options. If in-store pickup is available for your order, you'll see the in-store pickup option during the checkout process. Open the design that you’d like to print and tap the Export icon from the menu bar above and then on the Print button. If the Print button isn’t visible and you’re located in our supported regions, resize your design first. Select your print options. Selecting in-store pickup during checkout After checking if in-store pickup is available for your order, proceed with the checkout process. Selecting the pickup option means that you can only receive your order by picking it up from the store you’re choosing during checkout. Tracking in-store pickup order status View your print order status in your Canva account by going to your Purchase history from Settings . This is the best place to check your order status since store locations are unable to provide this information. We’ll also send updates to your email address from the time your order is forwarded to production until it’s ready for pick up at your chosen store. Picking up your order Ready to pick up your order? Check the steps below first before going to your selected store location. After receiving the Your order is ready for pickup email from Canva, visit the pickup store location you selected to collect your order. Make sure to visit during their operating hours. Go to the store’s designated print order collection area. If you can’t locate the collection area, feel free to ask a store associate. When picking up your order, simply provide the first and last name the order was placed under. Some in-store pickup locations also require the phone number associated with the order, so please have that handy as well. Your order will be available for pick-up up to 30 days after you receive the “Your order is ready for pickup” email. After 30 days, it'll be recycled. For collection concerns, please contact us .
