There are instances where users ask if their PDF proof is being reviewed before sending to production.

The moment the user submitted their print order, our Prepress team will review the designs before sending them to our print partner (production team). If there’s a need for clarification on the design, the Prepress specialist on shift will submit a reach out request through #printreachout private channel so that CHT Print specialist on shift can reach out to the user.
